It’s been a while coming but Episode 23 is here at last.
Episode 23 is all about Watchers, members of a secret organization, the Watcher’s Council, devoting to combating supernatural entities, with responsibility for “managing” the slayer. With the exception of Giles, generally seeming to cause more problems than they solve; and even he has his moments!
